What You'll Do: Keep patient rooms, offices, and common areas clean and sanitary Maintain equipment and supply closets in a safe and orderly condition Support infection control by properly cleaning precaution rooms Respond to service requests via phone and app promptly Report maintenance issues and attend training sessions Uphold safety standards and confidentiality at all times What You Bring: High school diploma preferred At least 2 years of customer service experience Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a helpful attitude Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout your shift Comfort using smartphones or PDAs for work assignments
