Job Description
C. A. Russell Ford of Springville is seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our service department team. In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between our customers and technicians—providing a positive service experience from drop-off to pick-up.
The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Prior automotive service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a professional and timely manner
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare repair orders and coordinate work with service technicians
Communicate updates to customers throughout the repair process
Review service recommendations and estimates with transparency and integrity
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Maintain accurate records in the dealership’s service management system
Help manage the flow of service drive traffic and appointments
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role preferred
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair terminology
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and remain organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with dealership software (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.) a plus
Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
