Primary Responsibilities: Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the repair process

Manage repair order paperwork and ensure accurate documentation

Field incoming service-related phone calls

Problem-solve independently and collaboratively

Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and team members

What Were Looking For: 12 years of automotive service writing experience ( CDJR experience strongly preferred )

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Clean driving record and valid drivers license

Tekion (DMS) experience a plus

Schedule: Monday Friday

Weekends as needed

8-hour daytime shifts
