The position: Customer Service Advisor and Coordinator
Provide complete customer service via the service department from inception to completion of requests Including:
Receiving incoming customer requests regarding all The Yacht Group products
Initiating and dispatching work orders via departments as necessary, tracking the progress of work orders on a timely basis, insuring all work orders are completed, generating customer satisfaction testimonials. Candidate will work directly with department heads and senior management, and work to streamline the customer support process with methods, and techniques to continuously improve it.
In addition, specific tasks include:
· Assisting the technician scheduler with arranging installation and service calls
· Evaluation of customer equipment required for installations and service through dialog with customers and the assistance of service manager and parts department to build and ship custom equipment in a timely manner.
· Updating customers regularly concerning orders in progress such as Yacht GraphX.
· Planning with management for all Boat shows and company events.
· Selected senior level administrative tasks
Requirements : 2 Years Boating Industry Experience REQUIRED
High energy, think outside the box, creative marketing oriented candidate with no less than 2 solid years of customer service experience and knowledge of *boating*. Daily tasks will include answering and following customer support inquiries to resolution, supporting the service dept in scheduling and coordinating technician travel, providing existing customers with upgrades and add-on services (bonus payouts would apply in addition to the salary for this role), partake in weekly service meetings to ensure we meet customer service needs.
Experience with Intuit Service platform and boating industry experience is a plus! You would work Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30 at our corporate offices in coral gables. Starting pay will be based on your background experience. We offer major medical, dental and vision insurance and 401k as part of your compensation package.
