What Youll Do Take care of residents meal requests during mealtimes , making sure they have what they need. Set up the dining room before meals and help clean up afterward. Keep the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea stocked and ready for residents. Make sure there are always enough clean utensils, cups, and glasses available. Pitch in with any other tasks as needed to help the team and support our residents. What Were Looking For Prior serving or waitstaff experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude. You're flexible, compassionate, and someone others can count on. You care about creating a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Good communication skills with both coworkers and residents. Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus but if you're eager to learn and make a difference, wed love to hear from you! Wallicks Mission & Values
