What Youll Do
As a Batbox server, youll be in the heart of the action
  • You will deliver crave-worthy dishes, signature drinks and all-out fun
  • Youll create legendary experiences, keep the floor moving, and cheer on players as the swing for the fences in our one-of-a-kind innovative baseball simulator boxes
What Were Looking For
  • Were looking for servers with 1-3 years experience who are enthusiastic, reliable, and guest-focused
  • You have a knack for making genuine connections and providing exceptional service, even during the busiest times
  • You are at least 21 years old
What to Expect
This role is active and hands-on, and you can expect to:

  • Servers are Tipped Team Members who earn a base hourly rate plus tips. If your average hourly rate during a shift is below the standard minimum wage when tips are added, we will make up the difference. The tip pool is calculated on a shift basis.
  • Be on your feet for 100% of your shift - walking, standing, and moving throughout the venue
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Navigate a fast-paced, high-energy environment where noise and distractions are common
  • Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Frequently bend, reach, and stretch during your shift
  • Read and write handwritten notes
