Bay Point Resort and Marina is looking for a server to join our team and help us elevate the dining experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced, punctual professional, driven, and understands the steps of service. The candidate should also have a sense of urgency and understand the importance of teamwork.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Interact with members, take orders and serve food and drinks
  3. Assess members' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  4. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
  5. Resolves member complaints, ensuring member satisfaction
  6. Provide excellent hospitality and build relationships and trust with our members
  7. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  8. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  9. Ability to work weekends
  10. Ability to pass a background check
