A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVER ASSISTANT/FOOD RUNNER:

As a Server Assistant/Food Runner, you will be an integral and efficient part of the service delivery to the membership. You will be assisting our servers and be responsible for your respective station as it relates to proper set-up, positions of tables, refilling condiments, and the cleanliness of tables. You will be setting up and breaking down dining rooms for events and banquets. You will be clearing, serving bread, and pouring water for tables. You will work closely with Club members, residents, and both front and back of house teams, as well as other Bonita Bay Club employees. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry trays up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Prior restaurant experience is helpful
