Server Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our front-of-house team. This role plays a key part in maintaining the flow of service and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include: Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently Support servers by refilling water, delivering bread, and assisting with guest needs Assist in setting up large parties and private dining events Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations Monitor and address floor cleanliness, including spills and guest areas Restock supplies and service items throughout the shift Assist with entryway maintenance (snow/ice removal as needed) Collaborate with the host and service teams to anticipate guest needs Benefits (for full-time Team Members) 401(k) Dental insurance Team Member discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Vision insurance

We're looking for candidates who are dependable, professional, and able to stay organized and focused in a busy environment. Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
