Highlight of Key Responsibilities:

Assisting guests with inquiries, special requests, and concerns Ensuring that the guest experience is personalized and attentive from start to finish Managing checkout and guest satisfaction follow-ups What We're Looking For: Warm, patient, and adaptable Strong problem-solving abilities, especially during peak hours Ability to handle guest feedback gracefully and proactively Energetic, adaptable, and service-minded Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be 16 years of age or older Prior high volume casual full-service experience preferred Strong understanding of guest service principles in an upscale setting Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and guest management platforms Strong knowledge of dining flow and etiquette, food handling basics, sanitation standards Ability to deliver on speed and efficiency in delivering food and clearing tables, coordination between kitchen and front-of-house Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, work collaboratively with kitchen and servers, quickly and discretely clean tables Ability to be a strong team player, energetic, adaptable to dynamic situations Early Morning Availability Required - applicants must be able to work early morning shifts to support the restaurant's opening hours of 7 a.m. and ensure a seamless start to our breakfast and brunch service.
