The iconic Vinoy Resort and Golf Club , in partnership with award-winning Chef Lee Wolen of Boka Restaurant Group , is seeking Server Assistants to join the team at Elliott Aster , our modern steakhouse located in St. Petersburg, FL. Elliott Aster offers refined dinners in a beautiful dining room and a lively waterfront patio for aperitivos and cocktails. Chef Lee Wolens menu features handmade pasta, pristine seafood, and wood-grilled steaks, with a focus on warm, thoughtful hospitality. Base pay range $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr Responsibilities Support servers to ensure seamless, attentive service for all guests Clear, reset, and maintain tables quickly and efficiently Assist in food running, delivering dishes to guests with accuracy and care Assist in maintaining pristine table conditions, including resetting, refreshing, and restocking as needed during service Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations Assist in opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned Follow all sanitation and safety standards consistently
Qualifications Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) required 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred, ideally in fine dining Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team-oriented, reliable, and attentive to detail
Physical Requirements Lift and move up to 10 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Safely and effectively use all necessary tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals Stand and walk for an entire shift, including moving safely through all areas of the restaurant which may include stairs, uneven, and/or slick surfaces Ability to bear exposure to hot and cold environments
