ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with restaurant front of the house procedures to ensure an outstanding guest experience Welcome guests warmly by smiling and making eye contact as they enter the restaurant Communicate with servers and managers regarding special requests Constantly move throughout the kitchen and restaurant Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety Execute bussing and resetting tables according to restaurant’s standards Polish glassware and dishware Assist with seating guests Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools Handle guest concerns by listening and informing a server and/or manager Support team members including leadership Execute effective communication skills Exude positive attitude under stress Contribute to a fun and professional work environment Ability to execute follow-through
