Overview: About the Role As a Server Assistant, youll play a key part in creating a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every guest. Youll work closely with the service team to keep things running seamlessly from keeping tables fresh and inviting to helping deliver food and drinks with a smile. If youre energetic, detail-oriented, and want to be a part of a fast-paced team, this role is for you! What You'll Be Doing: Assist servers with running food and drinks. Busses tables and provides prompt, polite and courteous customer service to guests. Resets all tables and notifies host person of all reset tables. Provides guests with water as they are seated. Becomes thoroughly familiar with all specials offered. Practice clean as you go techniques, keeping tables and service station clean, neat, and stocked. Unloads trays in the dish machine area. Rolls silverware and completes all assigned side work thoroughly. Performs any necessary pre-shift side work. Ensures dish pit area remains organized while delivering dishes to the dish station. What Were Looking For: Holds or has the ability to obtain a WA State Food Handlers Card Able to demonstrate and maintain consistent and efficient performance. Able to accomplish projects in a timely manner. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
