POSITION SUMMARY: Supports servers by ensuring tables are clean, reset quickly, and service flows smoothly. Greets guests warmly and works as part of the team to maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean dining environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.

Keep tables, chairs, and surrounding areas clean and reset efficiently.

Assist with water service and help run food when needed.

Stock and maintain side stations throughout the shift.

Help with table setups and support service flow, including marking tables for upcoming courses.

Follow sanitation and safety guidelines, including Department of Health standards.

Attend pre-shift meetings and assist with opening/closing duties.

Report any broken or damaged items to management.

Stay positive, helpful, and professional throughout service.

 Previous Server Assistant experience.

 Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
