Loro Asian Smokehouse & Bar in Old East Dallas  is hiring for a Service Assistant . The position of Service Assistant is the backbone of the Front of House. The goal is to help maintain a high level of service by keeping a keen eye on the dining room, expo line, and bar, SAs are responsible for being the primary food runners, as well as cleaning and resetting tables. SA's make about $600-$800 in tips per week! Fully trained Server Assistants will have the opportunity to move into a Bartender position, which results in an increase in responsibility and expected wages! Loro is centered around smoked and grilled meats and inventive sides created by Chef Tyson Cole, Aaron Franklin, and the Hai Hospitality team. Loro is located at 1812 N Haskell Rd. Ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives.
