Profile Summary The Restaurant Server Assistant/ Food Runner is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized service to our guests in a fast-paced, high volume dining environment, ensuring a seamless and luxury dining experience. Provide support to the server team throughout the sequence of service including but not limited to performing amenity services such as water service and bread service and food running.
Preform food running duties including tableside cart services, preform stock of the expediting line items and food services mise en place.
Control communications from the kitchen to the restaurant floor, assisting to minimize errors or mistakes.
Collaborate closely with the other servers, bartenders, kitchen hoteliers, and other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service, fulfilling guests orders in a timely and accurate manner contributing to a personalized guest journey. Assist with inventory tracking, including keeping an eye on supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments) and informing management when stock is low.
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned, including setting up and breaking down the dining room area, restocking supplies, cleaning up after the shift, and preparing for service.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of wine, cocktails, and other beverages as well as the hotel’s services, facilities, and amenities to offer recommendations to guests.

Passionate for food and beverage, strives to exceed expectations for service excellence with demonstrated understanding of international fine dining, wine, beverage and service standards commensurate of the leading hotels in the world.
Minimum 1 years work experience in a similar capacity with an understanding of luxury hotel standards of service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 50 lbs. repeatedly during a shift. US work authorization is required.
