Who We Are The Ned and Neds Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time. Seven years after launching The Ned London in 2017, we are opening a Neds Club in the US capital, our fourth and newest location. The Property Neds Club Washington DC is a members club set over three floors of a neoclassical style building situated within Presidents Park at 734 15th Street NW. The Riggs Building sits opposite the US Treasury and was constructed in 1930. The 12-story building is located around the corner from the White House and sits above the Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, formerly the historic Riggs Bank Corcoran branch. The Club has a Rooftop Terrace and Loft Restaurant with views overlooking the White House, US Treasury and Washington Monument, plus a Founders Dining Room, The Library, Drawing Room, Gallery and Conservatory. On level nine, there is a self-contained floor of private event spaces. Responsibilities Keep our guest tables neat and clean during service, water glasses filled, tables set for service Deliver amazing guest experiences with every interaction Clearing the tables and refreshing them between courses Deliver food and drinks to members and guests when needed, announcing items as you deliver them to the correct guest Work at pace as part of our busy operation, making sure everything is where it is needed, when it is needed so that we can deliver smooth and uninterrupted service to our members and guests Help the floor teams to maintain a clean and tidy restaurant, always presenting the clean and professional image our customers expect

What you can bring to the role No experience is necessary for this role, so a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn is all you need Even when not directly serving customers, you will often be visible in and around service areas, so a high standard of personal presentation and a welcoming vibe is essential for all roles at The Ned While not the main point of contact, guests will often ask you for additional items or questions, so the ability to communicate in a friendly manner about the food and drinks is essential Ideally this will be a stepping stone into a server role, so a desire to learn and progress is always welcome, but not essential
