About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP Upsiide Program Sales to join their dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for driving the end-to-end sales process of significant, multi-year Upsiide programs, which are integral to the client's research and innovation processes. The role demands a Subject Matter Expert who can lead the sales process for all assigned accounts, develop bespoke pitch materials, and manage the entire sales cycle, including program discovery, proposal development, and global decision-maker engagement. The successful candidate will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, partner with consulting teams to identify opportunities, and be accountable for the renewal upsell of Upsiide programs.
Key characteristics for this role include a proven track record in sales, at least 10 years' experience in selling market research technology software, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships at a senior level. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, be entrepreneurial, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A University Degree and/or Post-Graduate Certificate in a relevant field is required.
