About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Client Service to be a key driver of excellence in the efficiency and effectiveness of the client service function. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing, maintaining, and growing client relationships, with a focus on profitability and the health of those relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the client service team, ensuring that the environment, culture, and team capabilities align with the strategic goals and objectives. This includes providing senior leadership and management support, developing a vision for the client service function, and executing a plan for its evolution. The role also involves partnering with other departments to meet client needs, evaluating and recommending internal processes and tools, and creating and enforcing best practices across the client service spectrum.
Applicants for the SVP, Client Service position at the company should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a high-level management role within a creative advertising or digital agency, demonstrating a strong digital background. The role requires an industry thought leader with superior presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in client service and sales leadership. The ideal candidate will have a mix of B2B, DTC, and agency experience, and a collaborative management style. While not mandatory, a Master's degree, professional certifications, and experience in the animal health industry are preferred. The role demands a proactive, well-organized leader with excellent business acumen, and a passion for the company's values, including a love for animals.
