Who we are looking for We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will work closely with clients, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with other designers and developers and fostering a collaborative and creative work environment. What you will be responsible for As a UX Designer, you will Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, business stakeholders, developers, product owners, etc. Work with other team members to evolve the enterprise design system to meet industry standards and achieve consistent user experience goal Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.
