As a Senior Search Strategist at Code3, you'll be focused on consistently improving results for our clients using industry best practices and cutting edge thought leadership. In this role, you'll be developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex paid search campaigns and delivering campaign performance results to our clients.

What You'll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact, both internally and externally, for all things commerce paid search for your client accounts
Lead planning, reporting, and insights for paid search campaigns primarily on retail media networks like Walmart, Target, Instacart, and more. Secondarily on Amazon
Define campaign strategy and deliverable plans that meet or exceed client KPIs including: keyword research, writing ad copy, budgeting, and forecasting
Lead client and agency meetings to present deliverables, campaign strategies, and tactics
Recommend and implement optimizations to existing campaigns to improve overall performance
Analyze and leverage data for campaign wrap-ups and larger reporting deliverables such as QBRs to provide compelling insights and drive campaign strategy
Ongoing understanding of Amazon and other marketplaces, sales acceleration strategy, industry trends, client successes, market activities, and competitors
Brainstorm new ways to improve performance for our clients and contribute to process change and developing best practices
Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by others on the team
Support new business initiatives
Use knowledge and subject matter expertise of paid search, Amazon, and other marketplaces to mentor and guide junior team members

You Should Have:
Bachelor's degree
4+ years paid search advertising experience and preferably in an agency
Deep expertise in campaign management across retail media marketplaces and Amazon advertising
Proven ability to use data and slides to convey a story about paid search performance
Subject matter expert knowledge of search marketing and the relationship search can play within cross-channel strategies

Salary Information: The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $106,000 and is commensurate with candidate experience and location.
