As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging customers and showcasing brands through live events and product sampling in familiar retail environments. Your support for management will involve various tasks including reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and dismantling demos, as well as assisting in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
