Aramark Sports & Entertainment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Retail Operations Manager. This role is pivotal in overseeing the retail operations while providing an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike.
The Senior Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the retail location operates efficiently in compliance with Aramark's policies, procedures, and client contract requirements. This position involves managing guest services, store merchandising, product inventory, purchasing, and other essential operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee non-selling aspects of the retail operation such as inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing, and distribution.
Collaborate with HR to recruit and hire staff, ensuring proper staffing levels for events and adherence to payroll budgets.
Develop and implement customer service training programs and enhance product knowledge among staff.
Ensure proper procedures for store opening and closing, including cash and credit accountability and security measures.
Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain a positive shopping experience.
Verify financial transaction accountability reports, including sales and merchandise transfers.
Conduct periodic checks of merchandise ticketing accuracy.
Lead physical inventories and investigate any discrepancies.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers for mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a combination of education and experience with comparable knowledge and skills.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point of Sale systems.
Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends as needed.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with profit and loss accountability and/or contract-managed services is preferred.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service aligned with Aramark’s standards.
This position may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Required uniforms and the usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
