This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage complex, high-impact projects in wireless communications and related technologies. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing large-scale initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects meet technical, operational, and financial objectives. The position requires coordinating multiple teams, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with government contracts and reporting standards. You will serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations that communicate project status and outcomes. This role provides a dynamic environment for seasoned project leaders to deliver measurable results across multiple simultaneous projects while mentoring junior project managers. Accountabilities In this role, you will: ·         Oversee all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. ·         Coordinate project resources, assign responsibilities, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion. ·         Track, summarize, and report project progress and performance to stakeholders. ·         Develop and present reports, presentations, and briefings for internal and external audiences. ·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, compliance, and contractual obligations. ·         Ensure adherence to government contracts, work breakdown structures, and program reporting requirements. Requirements The ideal candidate will have: ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. ·         PMP certification. ·         Minimum of 10 years of experience with project management tools and reporting systems. ·         At least 3 years of direct management experience on large projects involving land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications. ·         Knowledge of government contracts, management/business plans, and program reporting. ·         Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ·         Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
