Job Details Senior Project Manager to join our team. Successful candidates will have 8-10 years of Project Management experience with a Mechanical Contractor, Construction Firm, Design/Build or Engineer Consulting Firm. Must be able to manage & lead multiple projects up to $5 million plus. Projects include Commercial and Industrial facilities including Mission Critical / Data Centers, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Automotive, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Educational, Medical Research Facilities & Laboratories, Entertainment/Stadiums, Universities & Higher Education Campuses. Competitive salary, benefits, 401K, bonus & profit sharing.
BS Degree preferred, not required
8 to 10+ years’ experience supervising & running construction projects
Capable of managing multiple projects and project teams simultaneously
BIM and coordination management experience
Ability to lead projects of $5 million plus
Excellence in planning how each process should function
Builds strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
Strong organization, time-management, problem-solving and budgeting
Experience with construction project management software
Responsible for safety, quality, and profitability of projects
Manage all aspects of job setup including project costing, labor hours, and scheduling
Schedule crews to meet the customer\'s schedule and coordinate with subcontractors
Develop and adhere to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes and regulations
Set up, assist, and review in preparation of billings
Qualifications 8-10+ years of PM experience in construction
Experience supervising & running multiple construction projects
Experience with BIM and coordination management
Strong leadership and client relationship skills
Proficiency in project management software
