Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Boost Mobile Sales Team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Program Manager responsible for managing complex growth programs in big box retailers. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations, be results driven, communicate effectively, and have a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. The role requires a results-driven mindset, effective communication and collaboration, a high level of energy and strong organizational skills. This position will be located in Littleton, CO.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end management of complex national retail growth programs
Partner effectively with a diverse range of internal teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency
Deliver clear and concise updates to leadership, including program dashboards, status reports, and escalation of critical issues
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress against goals and adjust plans as needed
Proactively identify potential roadblocks, analyze complex data, and develop creative solutions to keep programs on track
Demonstrate a high degree of adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor program performance against established KPIs
Leverage data and insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, and maximize program value
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or related field required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years in a project, program, or delivery management role, ideally within retail and sales operations
A demonstrated ability to influence other teams to meet goals
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with management, executives, and a large spectrum of different stakeholders including but not limited to Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, etc.
Motivated problem solver, intellectually curious, and excited about learning new technologies
Highly organized and self-directed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
