Individuals in this role will need a deep understanding of data center design principles and the specific requirements for deploying liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong analytical background and business acumen.
- Experience presenting and writing document for senior leadership review.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related quantitative discipline.
- 8+ years of work experience in planning or strategy-based roles.
- 8+ years of work experience in program management, process improvement, implementation, or project execution.
- Deep understanding of various liquid cooling technologies.
- Data center infrastructure expertise: Familiarity with power distribution, cooling systems (including traditional air cooling), space utilization, and environmental considerations.
- Project management and collaboration: Experience in managing complex projects, working effectively with cross-functional teams, and challenging vendors on product features and capabilities to meet specific needs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and troubleshoot issues related to liquid cooling systems.
- Sustainability and energy efficiency focus: Prioritizing solutions that minimize environmental impact and reduce energy consumption. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating, iterating, and improving end-to-end processes.
- Excels at planning, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives.
- Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer.
- 8+ years professional experience in high technology industries or consumer electronics.
- Experience with systems modeling and other statistical analysis tools.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
