Visit www.redseal.net to learn more. As a Professional Services Engineer, you will work hands-on with global enterprises and government agencies to deploy, configure, and optimize RedSeal's platform. You will be the face of RedSeal, trusted to deliver technical excellence, drive adoption, and maximize customer value.
This is an onsite role in Reston, VA with light travel ( Key Responsibilities: Lead RedSeal deployments and integrations for enterprise and federal customers Translate complex cybersecurity data into actionable insights Provide onsite technical enablement, training, and support Drive product adoption across diverse teams and customer environments Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues Act as a customer advocate and trusted advisor to drive long-term value What You Bring: 5-9 years of networking, cybersecurity, or related technical fields Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to prioritize, self-manage, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders Solid knowledge of: Layer2/3 networking, routing, VPNs, firewalls Network security fundamentals and common architectures Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with security audit, Authority to Operate (ATOs), and compliance processes Experience working with multiple customers and business units US Government Clearance - Top Secret with CI Poly Required DoDD 8570 certification level 3 - CISSP preferred 2 years experience scripting with Python required Icing on the cake: Experience automating security controls and integration of different security products
