Overview
This role can be based in New York City or San Francisco. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Global Channels and Experiences team connects the global talent community to discuss what works. As a core component of this team, the LEAD Program Manager focuses on curating and connecting the LEAD community and ensuring the experiences and content developed for the LEAD community align to our business objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to connect with leaders from the world’s biggest companies, gain insight into LinkedIn’s business, and build meaningful relationships with our leadership team.
Responsibilities
Develop Strategy for LEAD Fiscal Year Calendar
Work closely with Global Channels and Experiences teams to ensure Fiscal Year LEAD Calendar aligns to business objectives across target and top accounts
Align with Talent Connect Franchise and Executive Engagement Strategy, Content and Operations leads to ensure bandwidth and identify connectivity across other customer programs
Collaborate with Experiences/Operation lead on budget forecasting based on prospective calendar and activation types
Define activation types in alignment with key stakeholders
Support LEAD activations on-site as needed
Oversee LEAD Communications Strategy and Execution
Develop and manage overall customer communications timeline for in-person and virtual LEAD activations
Develop LEAD Communications messaging framework and ensure Content Lead and Operations team are aligned on final drafts
Develop and execute plan to streamline LEAD list management, nomination, vetting processes
Oversee management of LEAD Inbox
Develop LEAD at Talent Connect Strategy
Partner with Talent Connect Franchise Marketing Strategy lead and Audience Acquisition/Field Marketing teams to ensure alignment and clear roles across LEAD at Talent Connect allocation and invite process
Collaborate with Content and Activations/Operations leads to determine LEAD at Talent Connect Activation Plan across activation types and capacities
Collaborate with Experiences/Operations lead on LEAD at Talent Connect budget forecasting
Collaborate with Exec Engagement program strategy lead to ensure continuity and programming efficiencies
Support LEAD at Talent Connect on-site activations as determined with Talent Connect core workstream leads
Involve relevant stakeholders as needed to agency strategy work and ideation
Measurement & Reporting
Develop and manage LEAD measurement and reporting aligned to fiscal year plan
Align with Global Channels and Experiences partners on reporting cadence, channels and ownership; identify optimization opportunities
Provide ongoing recommendations to improve measurement and inform programming
Ensure survey and other reporting mechanics are in place
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in marketing, communications, executive engagement, or program management
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing content and conversations at the intersection of business priorities, industry trends, and customer interest
Experience in managing expectations, articulating changes, and maintaining flexibility under multiple demands
Leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication skills across dispersed stakeholders in a matrixed ecosystem
Experience with executive engagements across seniority levels, functions, and geographies
Experience with executive engagements or adjacent experience

Compensation & Benefits
LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and location.
