Senior Manager, Retail Distribution Center
What Will You Do?
The Retail Distribution Center (RDC) Senior Manager directs the daily activities of the distribution center including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space, equipment and manpower. This position serves as a contact and coordinator between warehouse operations, customer service , and delivery. The RDC Senior Manager maintains accountability for safety, quality and productivity as well as the facility and equipment. This position works on the system to provide leadership, direction and set targets. This position will establish, eliminate, improve, and/or alter processes impacting retail distribution center efficiencies and effectiveness while contributing to the overall improvement of the HomeStore targeted measures of throughput inventory and operating expenses .
What Do You Need? Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Logistics or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required 8 years in distribution/fulfillment and/or supervising exempt leaders, Required Company-issued industrial vehicle license, or ability to obtain within 30 days, Required Strong knowledge of LEAN , Six Sigma, Kaizen Process Improvement methodology Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment Action Oriented - dedicated to making and meeting deadlines Ability to speak to large audiences and present to senior leadership

Compensation: Annual Salary $85,000.00 - $100,000.00. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
Benefits: When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs which includes Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 80 hours paid vacation and accrual Washington paid sick leave 1 hour for every 40 hours worked up to 52 hours.
