JOB DESCRIPTION Fox is seeking a Senior Manager - Digital Product Marketing with expertise in marketing technology (MarTech) to enhance digital marketing campaigns and customer experience. The role involves ensuring our marketing capabilities are effective, delivering on our roadmap, and collaborating with marketing strategists, operations, and technology teams to meet business objectives.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain marketing campaign capability roadmaps across digital channels such as email, SMS, notifications, and in-app banners, covering various lifecycle campaigns.
Create business cases for new capabilities and secure approvals.
Draft project and product briefs detailing functionality, customer experience, use cases, and business outcomes for stakeholder alignment.
Manage implementation of enhancements and fixes, including risk mitigation and team accountability.
Coordinate with marketing and cross-functional teams for effective rollout of new capabilities, including process definition and business testing.
Monitor platform stability, identify issues, and serve as the primary contact for marketing operations regarding platform status.
Maintain documentation on system capabilities, known issues, and configuration rationale.
Develop and oversee system performance scorecards.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Experience in marketing or IT/product roles related to marketing and MarTech requirements.
Knowledge of user and customer experience documentation and flows.
Project management skills, including experience with JIRA.
Experience with Agile development processes.
Knowledge of deep linking technologies and their setup and maintenance.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Localytics, Airship, or Salesforce Mobile Studio.
A strong understanding of both marketing and technology aspects of MarTech.
Proven ability to develop marketing requirements and manage their delivery.
Analytical, creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated problem solver.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Experience in digital media and entertainment sectors.
Bachelor's degree.

Pay range: $106,000 - $180,500 annually, dependent on education, skills, experience, and location. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Benefits for union employees are in accordance with collective bargaining agreements.
