Summary:
As a Senior Cook, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional food experiences for our employees. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you'll rotate between cooking, prep, receiving, and dish duties-bringing energy, creativity, and precision to every station.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare diverse menu items and entrees following established recipes and quality standards
Rotate fluidly between all kitchen stations - cooking, prep, dish, and receiving as needed
Work efficiently in our intimate kitchen space alongside team members
Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety standards across all functions
Support Executive Chef with production tracking and operational documentation
Cross-train in multiple areas to provide backup support wherever needed
