Glenmont Group's client is looking for a Senior Legal Project Manager to drive creative pricing solutions and enhance project management practices. This role is pivotal in helping us achieve our profitability goals while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Location: Fully Remote and resides in either Washington, DC, New York City, Boston or California.

What You'll Do: Support senior lawyers to streamline their processes and improve client service. Collaborate with clients to resolve legal project issues efficiently. Create and share project management tools and budget templates across the firm. Ensure stakeholders receive timely, accurate budgets and progress reports. Set clear expectations with clients and internal teams. Work closely with attorneys and clients to establish effective project strategies. Provide actionable project management advice to enhance service delivery. Identify potential issues early and recommend solutions. Conduct post-project assessments to identify areas for improvement. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree required; JD preferred. Project management certification is a plus. 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services. Proven experience managing teams in a client-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. SQL experience is a bonus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a track record of professional growth.
