About the Role:
Morris Business Solutions is a leading provider of office technology in North and South Carolina. We’re actively hiring a Senior Field Technician to take full ownership of a designated service territory — supporting and maintaining Xerox and Kyocera MFPs.
You’ll handle on-site service, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and serve as a second-level escalation point for other technicians. This role is designed for independent, self-motivated professionals who take pride in providing high-quality service.
What You'll Do:
Perform hands-on service and maintenance on Xerox and Kyocera MFP equipment
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot hardware issues in the field
Execute preventive maintenance
Provide second-level technical support for other technicians
Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with customers
Represent Morris Business Solutions with professionalism
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience servicing Xerox equipment (required)
Experience with PrimeLink and Versant is a plus
Fiery Experience is a plus
Basic computer skills
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Valid driver’s license
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
