Position Overview As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining advanced pool systems and equipment. You will conduct water tests, analyze data for chemical balancing, and maintain accurate service and maintenance records. This position also involves building strong customer relationships and leading your team. If you've worked on aircraft systems, ship mechanics, or HVAC units, you'll thrive in this position. Key Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot, and repair advanced pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation panels. Conduct diagnostics, interpret schematics, and execute complex repairs. Upgrade and retrofit older equipment with modern, efficient systems. Provide mentorship to junior technicians and manage multi-site service schedules. Document work orders, track materials, and oversee inventory on service vehicles. Communicate effectively with clients on services, timelines, and upgrades. Adhere to OSHA regulations and ensure safety compliance at all times. Collaborate with team leads and managers to enhance service delivery and technical performance. What You Bring to the Team: 3-7 years of mechanical experience (HVAC, military technical roles, commercial equipment repair). Transferable skills in fluid systems, electrical diagnostics, pumps, and motors. Experience working independently in a field-based role with customer interactions. Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and technical manuals. Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Prior experience with pool systems is a bonus—but we are willing to train the right candidate. High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
