Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and case updates. Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal secretaries, and other staff to manage caseloads effectively. Negotiate settlements when appropriate and take cases to trial when necessary. Maintain a reputation of professionalism and integrity while working with clients and other legal professionals. Manage and oversee all case-related administrative aspects, including billing and case timelines. Requirements: Minimum of 12 years’ experience litigating family law cases.
