Job Details Prepare detailed estimates for ground-up and interior renovation projects ranging from $100K$20M. Review plans, specifications, and bid documents to determine scope and pricing. Develop quantity takeoffs, analyze subcontractor bids, and create comprehensive proposals. Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and architects during preconstruction. Identify value engineering opportunities to improve cost efficiency and project performance. Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accurate pricing and strong coverage. Manage bid schedules and ensure timely delivery of proposals.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in estimating retail and/or commercial construction projects. Proven ability to manage estimates across multiple concurrent bids. Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and cost structures. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, or similar). Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Experience with national accounts or multi-site retail projects is a plus.
