We are looking for a Project Manager / Senior Electrical Engineer to support our Property & Buildings group in DC, Maryland & Virginia. You will provide innovative, project-specific solutions, manage multi-discipline projects, and engage with stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing plans, analyzing data, supervising work, and managing project feasibility, design, BIM systems, client relationships, surveys, and safety compliance. Responsibilities Lead feasibility studies and manage tender processes. Provide construction advice on complex building projects. Maintain expertise through professional development and industry engagement. Lead architectural design and validation of complex solutions. Manage building information modeling (BIM) systems and related IT infrastructure. Manage key client relationships and conduct building surveys. Contribute to community of practice and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance. Evaluate team capabilities and support staff development. Oversee major projects and performance management within the department. Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. PE license, multiple states preferred or NCEES Record Holder. 7-15 years of experience in electrical power systems, with consulting experience preferred. Strong project management skills for multi-disciplinary projects. Experience with federal agencies is a plus. Active membership in relevant industry associations.
