Position Summary
Making out bound calls to clients and payers, while working with other teams to resolve claims issues.
Documenting claims details into necessary tools.
Presenting data from spreadsheet to high level provider groups.
Working with staff to ensure work is completed timely and accurately.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience working with medical claims with the understanding of how benefit levels are applied.
1+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry.
Previous experience and comfortability with presentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must be able to work standard business hours in Eastern Standard Time.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous health insurance work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Education
High school diploma or GED.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $42.35
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
