About the role: The Sr Culinary Operations Manager will partner directly with the Market Director and Operations Manager, playing a key role in growing the business and holding the team accountable. This individual will oversee operations and provide strong leadership to a team of associates and supervisors. They will manage multiple aspects of the facility, focusing on optimization and execution. Success in this role involves being a partner to our chef community, ensuring they have what they need for menu strategy and execution. The role collaborates with key stakeholders on recipe consistency, development, food safety, and quality assurance across food production.
