Yearly Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
Conduct regular meetings with team members to identify, address, and resolve project-related issues
Submit project deliverables in accordance with established quality standards
Manage and communicate change requests, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of impacts to scope, schedule, and budget
Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM), labor budgets, and pre-job packages
Participate in site meetings and assist with field measurements
Secure customer acceptances or project deliverables
Monitor and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Other duties as assigned
Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
Proven ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and drive projects to successful completion
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and best practices
Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost control
Proficient in reading and interpreting shop drawings, architectural plans, and structural calculations
Technical proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
Ability to maintain clean and organized work
Flexible, adaptable, and a reliable team player
