You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.). Opportunity to supervise/mentor junior attorneys.

Option to work Mostly Remote with 1 day a Month onsite in their midtown NYC office.

Responsibilities: Handle cases from inception to conclusion Take and defend depositions Court appearances Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications: Strong research and writing skills 7+ years of litigation experience Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY. NJ, PA or CT bar admission a plus!

Base salary range 170k-185k + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote Option
