The Opportunity Join the Business Analytics team at Workhuman, where we sit at the core of the organization, driving strategy, planning, and decision-making through data. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our emerging Media platform—one of Workhuman’s newest and most exciting growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to support measurement and analysis across all facets of this initiative, including product lifecycle support, metric definition, dashboard development, client reporting, ad effectiveness, pricing analysis, benchmarking, and customer segmentation. This is a high-impact role that offers exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to help shape the foundation of a critical business area through data. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days a week onsite in our (brand new!) Framingham, MA office. Understanding of media analytics or ad marketplaces, auction mechanics, audience targeting, and related ad tech concepts
A strategic mindset with the ability to zoom out to business goals while diving deep into data and systems
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort presenting findings to cross-functional teams
Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake; experience with dbt is a plus
Achievements Partnered with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
Supported the development and tracking of KPIs that informed product and go-to-market strategies
Built and maintained dashboards that enabled stakeholder alignment and real-time visibility
Developed scalable data pipelines to improve reporting speed and reliability
