Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue06:00 AM - 02:30 PMWed06:00 AM - 02:30 PMThur06:00 AM - 02:30 PMFri06:00 AM - 02:30 PMSat06:00 AM - 12:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within the retail location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents as outlined in site procedures. Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry. Support loss prevention efforts by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious behavior. Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters as needed. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
