Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM What Youll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the location. Collaborate with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support loss prevention efforts. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner. A valid drivers license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred and may be subject to state and/or local laws and regulations. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
