Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.07 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific guidelines. Support the enforcement of location policies and procedures to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behaviors. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by Allied Universal and site management. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
