Job Description

As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Doral, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more . As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a vibrant retail or mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to visitors and tenants. You will be an approachable and helpful presence, ready to assist with questions or concerns while communicating clearly and professionally. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the retail or mall location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for retail or mall environments. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols within the retail or mall property. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry or prohibited items. Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding guests and staff during incidents or evacuations. Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific procedures. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
