Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.66 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PMSun06:00 AM - 06:00 PM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter loss and observe for suspicious activity. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to property and assets. Work closely with site personnel and visitors to promote a secure environment and address concerns as they arise. Document observations and incidents according to company and client protocols. Assist with access control and monitor entry and exit points as required.
