As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Driver in Clarksville, IN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading retail location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri12:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat12:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun12:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the retail environment. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or suspicious behavior. Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences, to the appropriate personnel. Assist customers, visitors, and employees by providing information and directions as needed. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required. Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and any incidents that occur during the shift. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
