As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrols in Goldsboro, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a bustling retail location, you will actively monitor and patrol the premises to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $11.98 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for staff and patrons. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or hazards. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to Allied Universal management and site representatives as required. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas within the retail environment. Support Allied Universal and client expectations by documenting incidents, completing reports, and communicating relevant information to appropriate parties. What We're Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
